Local Faces: Remembering men and women from the Goulburn district who served during WW2
Women and men from the Goulburn district made a substantial contribution to the Allied war effort during WW2. This Virtual Honour Roll commemorates their service by displaying the faces of these service personnel and providing guided access to their records recently digitised by the National Archives of Australia (NAA).
Approximately 650 of 2362 records are digitised and available via this browser by either clicking on an image or by using the search option. The images were primarily taken during the enlistment process and attached to the rear of the Attestation Form – around half of the records do not include images and can only be found by searching. Further images and records will be added as they become available.
